Nejm\u00e9n\u011b v&nbsp;Praze, kde stouply o&nbsp;11,2&nbsp;procenta. V&nbsp;hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b byly s&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011brnou cenou 113.253&nbsp;korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, naopak nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v&nbsp;\u00dast\u00ed nad Labem s&nbsp;cenou 31.316&nbsp;korun. Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z&nbsp;anal\u00fdzy spole\u010dnosti F\u00e9rMakl\u00e9\u0159i.cz. Porovn\u00e1vala ceny byt\u016f v&nbsp;osmi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch m\u011bstech z&nbsp;dev\u00edti, \u00fadaje za Liberec nejsou k&nbsp;dispozici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eZe setrval\u00e9ho r\u016fstu cen nemovitost\u00ed je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee pandemie kolem covid-19\u00a0na realitn\u00edm trhu mnoho nezm\u011bnila. Hypot\u00e9ky jsou dostupn\u00e9 a lid\u00e9 nep\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed o\u00a0pr\u00e1ci, co\u017e vede k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee byty d\u00e1l zdra\u017euj\u00ed. V\u00a0\u00dast\u00ed nad Labem je potenci\u00e1l r\u016fstu zna\u010dn\u00fd tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee ceny byt\u016f jsou zna\u010dn\u011b pod pr\u016fm\u011brem ostatn\u00edch velk\u00fdch m\u011bst,\u201c uvedl jednatel F\u00e9rMakl\u00e9\u0159i Jan Boruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem stouply ceny nejv\u00edce v\u00a0Ostrav\u011b (o\u00a038,4\u00a0procenta), Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 (o\u00a030,5\u00a0procenta) a Brn\u011b (o\u00a027,4\u00a0procenta). Naopak po Praze nejm\u00e9n\u011b vzrostly v\u00a0Plzni (o\u00a018,6\u00a0procenta). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cV\u00a0Brn\u011b je po bytech v\u00a0osobn\u00edm vlastnictv\u00ed st\u00e1le vysok\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka. Jednodu\u0161e je jich nedostatek, p\u0159itom m\u011bsto generuje pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e9 platy. Na jihu Moravy s\u00eddl\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed perspektivn\u00edch firem, nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0oblasti IT, kde jsou platy vysok\u00e9 a lid\u00e9 z\u00a0t\u011bchto obor\u016f si tak mohou hypot\u00e9ky dovolit,\u201cdoplnil Boruta. Po Praze byly nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed byty v\u00a0Brn\u011b s\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brnou cenou 89.373\u00a0korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. N\u00e1sledovaly Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 (69.806\u00a0korun) a Olomouc (59.713\u00a0korun). Za nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u00dast\u00edm nad Labem n\u00e1sledovala Ostrava s\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brnou cenou 40.595\u00a0korun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pom\u011brn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00fd r\u016fst cen byt\u016f ve velk\u00fdch m\u011bstech potvrzuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u00fadaje poradensk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Deloitte. Podle nich ceny v&nbsp;Praze a krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bstech letos v&nbsp;prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed meziro\u010dn\u011b vzrostly v&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru o&nbsp;19&nbsp;procent na 77.800&nbsp;korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. Tempo r\u016fstu bylo nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed za posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let. Od konce roku 2015&nbsp;se ceny v&nbsp;\u010cesku zv\u00fd\u0161ily v&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru o&nbsp;86&nbsp;procent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jednou z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din vysok\u00fdch cen je podle odborn\u00edk\u016f n\u00edzk\u00e1 nab\u00eddka.
